Full Service and Maintenance Programs

Preventive Maintenance is aimed at the prevention of breakdown and failures of HVAC systems. Boaen Mechanical Service Agreements are completely flexible and can be set up to meet your specific needs. Providing monthly, quarterly or even pay-as-you-go invoicing. Boaen lets you modify or even cancel our services with just a thirty day written notice. You will not be caught in a service agreement that does not work for you.

Preventive maintenance is performed on roof top units, furnaces, air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, humidifiers and indoor air quality air systems. Preventive maintenance activites include but not limited to changing of air filters and belts, cleaning of air handler and condensing units, checking refrigerant pressures and all safety controls.

Boaen Mechanical has a maximum two hour response time for our full service and preventive maintenance contract customers and we are available 24 hours a day.
